Flying character over Mexico

A mysterious UFO over a Mexico mountain has many watching.  Many claim the object is a human or a “witch”.

The spooky figure was caught on camera as it was gliding over mountains in Nuevo Leon city.  Those who were viewing the strange UFO claim it was wearing a cape, which lead to suspicions that it was a witch or a wizard.  It was first seen in 2006 and now “Mexico’s leading UFO expert Anna Luisa Cid says the sightings were true after carrying out her own investigations.”

“An imaginary object is not recorded on film, nor does it produce over 40 witnesses.”  Cid said.

April Fool’s Day Fake Alien Invasion

A Jordanian newspaper’s April Fool’s Day report chronicling a late-night visit by 10-foot-tall aliens in flying saucers sparked public panic and almost led to the town’s emergency evacuation, officials said Monday. The Al Ghad newspaper published a front-page article April 1 about the fake UFO landing near the desert town of Jafr, some 300 kilometres from the capital, Amman. The report said the UFOs lit up the whole town, interrupted communications and sent fearful residents streaming into the streets.

Jafr’s mayor, Mohammed Mleihan, got caught up in the paper’s prank and said he sent security authorities in search of the aliens.

“Students didn’t go to school, their parents were frightened and I almost evacuated the town’s 13,000 residents,” Mleihan told the Associated Press. “People were scared that aliens would attack them.”

Wow, looks like someone went through a lot of trouble this April Fool’s Day.  This is one of the largest efforts put into an April Fool’s Day prank that I’ve ever heard of.  But they obviously failed to think too far into this, seeing as so many people were terrified.  Just imagine what a disaster this would’ve been if they had evacuated.
